Terms of Service for Waifu

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Waifu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Waifu. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at cs@weic.ai if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Gems, and Payments

Waifu contains in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed through the app store associated with your device and are subject to that store's terms and policies.

Gems are used to purchase Outfits from the Gallery.

Subscribing to Waifu Pro (week) grants you access to:

• Extended Memory
• Custom outfits
• 2x Rewards
• Ads Free

• Gems Pack 5 - $29.99

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable. Subscription renewals follow the billing cycle established by your app store and will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

5. Virtual Goods

Gems and in-app items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged outside the Service, and are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-transferable use. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the availability of virtual goods with prior notice when possible.

6. AI Experience and Content

Waifu uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational content. AI responses may be simulated, fictional, or unexpected. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and interpreting AI output and agree not to rely on the Service for emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or encourage harm toward others
• Share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content, including text, graphics, logos, sounds, and AI-generated assets, is owned by Run aWei Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through the Service, you grant Run aWei Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for operating and improving Waifu. You retain ownership of your original submissions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through in-app controls or by contacting support. Upon termination, access to virtual goods and subscriptions may cease without compensation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run aWei Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Run aWei Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless another venue is required by local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email, and your continued use following such updates constitutes acceptance.
